De-matting policy: We work in accordance with the animal welfare act 2006 therefor all severely matted dogs will be clipped off. An attempt to dematt the coat will be made if we feel the dog will not suffer any pain. It is the owners duty of care towards their pet to maintain the coat between each visits to us.
